Delete your account

In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account.

Here: enter the recovery code shown in Settings, Account on any signed-in device. A valid code deletes the account at once: its devices, its encrypted settings and its sign-ins.

Deleting your RKube IPTV account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it with Apple or Google Play.

Accounts with no device seen for 12 months are deleted automatically. Deleted data leaves our backups within 35 days.
